PLOTTING, PRINT, STORE AND RETRIEVE

At the heart of our services is black and white, large format high-speed printing. Lellyett and Rogers Co. has, by far, the highest volume reprographics production capacity in Tennessee.

With 20 high-speed Oce’ production printing systems, L&R’s firepower enables us to meet your short deadlines and scan and print all of the drawing sets you need.

You can send us hard copy originals and/or any type of document file – we’ll take it from there:

We support ALL CAD packages and file formats.

Every print is a first generation quality plot. Crisp, 400dpi resolution.

We print on plain bond paper, vellum or Mylar.

Full-size, half-size, any scale you need.

Scan and print at 36” by any length.

The Oce’ Image Logic scanner is a 256 level gray scale scanner.

All drawing sets printed and plotted at Lellyett and Rogers are held in server memory for the duration of the design and construction process. These drawing sets are ready for printing whenever an order is placed.

We keep all of the drawing files and specifications received on a project. The latest files are kept in an “all_as_of_date” directory to insure that print requestors always receive the most up-to-date sheets.

All projects are then indexed and saved in 2 separate DVD archives for retrieval at any time. We have a drawing library of all the projects we’ve printed in 2 separate locations. These archived sets are available for retrieval and printing on demand. We can find and print that check set you printed 5 years ago or the DD set you printed last month.

Drawings on CD - L&R regularly creates sets of construction documents on CD for archiving, state agencies, owners, contractors or distribution. We can place a viewer and an index on CDs that enable the drawings to be easily viewed by anyone, with no need for a CAD package.
