Our History

Lellyett and Rogers Co. began as a Nashville, Tennessee letterpress print company in 1933. Mr. Lellyett and Mr. Rogers have been gone for decades but we have kept their names because of the reputation of quality and service that they represent.

The company adopted offset printing technology and grew with the thriving Nashville printing industry during the mid and late 20th century.

In 1972 Lellyett and Rogers Co. came under new ownership. In 1974 we printed our first set of architectural drawings. The drawings were prepared with manual overlay drafting techniques and printed half scale, in color. Over the next 20 years, Lellyett and Rogers Co. perfected and refined the half size, color offset printing of construction documents. We became known around the country as the “half size color printers” of A/E/C drawings.

CAD generated drawings became a real part of the architectural design process during the early 1980s. Lellyett and Rogers Co. helped the Nashville design community adopt drafting and print standards that were a natural extension of the overlay drafting process. Lellyett and Rogers Co. continued a policy of offering design firms new and progressive techniques for drawing production and management.

Our creation of the first digital, direct to photographic film, laser imaging process for A/E/C CAD printing in 1987 and our early introduction of the first large format, digital toner printers in 1993 helped us grow into the largest reprographics company in Tennessee.

We were the first in Tennessee to offer digital archives on CD or DVD, high-speed direct data phone lines to select design firms and facilities management operations. We started the first on-line plan room in Nashville in 2001.

Lellyett and Rogers now has three offices in Nashville, Knoxville and Brentwood. We supply our customers with a full line of reprographics, color imaging, technical support and document management and distribution services.
Today, Lellyett and Rogers Co. continues to ask our facility owners, architects, engineers and contractors “where do you need to go next?” We are a quality focused, customer driven team.

Our People

We believe that the most important factor in our success is our people. Our employees are the heart and attitude behind our services. Our technical staff includes specialists with decades of experience in CADD plotting, file troubleshooting, telecommunications, networking and programming.
